The ChartMaker Medical Suite can be a very effective tool for running your office more efficiently. STI has more than 25 years of experience in the medical software industry, and over 3,000 practice installations. STI has the experience you require from a software vendor. We've installed over 3,000 practices with the medical software since 1979. A practice computer system is made up of three components: 1.) medical practice software; Most medical consultants believe that the third component, support is the most important. We agree and pride ourselves on our excellent reputation for on-going system support. The ChartMaker Medical Suite is a completely integrated software product that includes Appointment Scheduling, Electronic Billing, Document Management, and a 2008 CCHIT certified EMR all in one product. Information passes seamlessly from the appointment system to the EMR, and you can send charge information from the EMR directly to the billing system. There is no need to worry about an expensive bridge between two divergent products when you choose ChartMaker. Everything is modular and true Microsoft Windows SQL software, not UNIX or a derivative like Linux, MUMPS, or Cache that other vendors use, so everything works on one file server. No need for a separate mail server for your non-medical applications. With ChartMaker it is your option to provide your own hardware or to let STI be responsible for the entire installation. The ChartMaker Clinical module is one of only a few certified CCHIT 2008 ambulatory EMR's available and includes an e-Prescriptions module, which protects your software investment. There are many benefits involved in using ePrescriptions and an EMR in your practice besides better organization and more efficiency. With a full functioned EMR like ChartMaker you can maximize the potential to receive financial incentives from the federal government that will more than pay for your STI ChartMaker System. STI provides all training on-site and unlike most EMR software vendors the numbers of training visits are realistic and not an expensive surprise or 'low-ball" estimate for you to deal with after you purchase the software. STI also provides you with both software support and software upgrades in your single support fee. Many other vendors often have both a cost for support and an additional cost for software upgrades. With ChartMaker your one software support fee includes both unlimited telephone support and valuable software upgrades. I'm sure that you will find the ChartMaker Medical Suite is the best value in total practice management with integrated electronic billing, appointment scheduling and an EMR with integrated voice recognition in one, true Microsoft Windows system. Plus our reputation for software and technical support are unmatched in the industry. As we say, STI has all of the pieces that you need for successful practice management.
