The ChartMaker Medical Suite is a complete, pen based, template-driven, Electronic Medical Record system for Personal Computers using the Microsoft Windows operating systems. ChartMaker is a 32 bit, client/ server application utilizing SQL technology. ChartMaker is designed to produce legible, structured patient charts by eliminating hand written records. The software supports template, pen and voice recognition technology. No matter who produces the patient chart all information is displayed in a consistent chart format making it quick and easy to review and search for important patient information. ChartMaker was last CCHIT certified in March of 2009.

Who is STI?

STI COMPUTER SERVICES - Practice Management with Electronic Medical Records STI Computer Services, Inc. specializes in the development, sale, installation, and support of medical practice computer software. STI has everything you need for successful practice management, now and in the future. The STI Medical Practice Software Suite includes four integrated modules: Practice Management with free Electronic Billing; Appointment Scheduling; Electronic Medical Records; and Document Management.

STI sold its first Practice Management System in 1979 to a practice based in Princeton, NJ as part of the IBM Marketing Assistance Program in Lawrenceville, NJ. STI was one of the first medical system vendors to provide electronic transmission of insurance claims as a no charge feature in their billing system.

STI Computer Services is a privately held corporation near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania with over 140 employees. STI only provides software to medical practices and currently has over 3,000 medical practices representing over 12,000 physicians in over 20 states using their software.
