Centricity Advance is an EMR, Practice Management System, and Patient Portal specifically designed for medical practices with 10 or fewer physicians. Centricity Advance consists of three core products: EMR, PM, and Patient Portal. EMR Centricity Advance EMR enables the creation and storage of a practice's patient medical records, safely and securely. A clinical cockpit that can be customized for both physicians and nurses (or other practice assistants), helps users see lab results, view the practice's schedule, find patient records, document information in a variety of ways, and email securely throughout the practice. The EMR is highly customizable, and can be structured for free text entry, custom workflow templates, "paper" form layouts, and dictation. It is also interoperable with other lab, hospital, diagnostic, and HIE systems. Practice Management The Practice Management solution services all front and back office functions, including registration, scheduling, billing, reporting, and collections. For front desk staff, Centricity Advance PM allows for seamless patient registration, eligibility checking, patient check in/out, demographic updates, co-pay facilitation, and email. For billers, Centricity Advance enables electronic charge verification and capture from the EMR, code scrubbing, billing/claims submission, payment posting electronic remittance, and applicable management reporting. For the practice manager, Centricity Advance generates a number of reports, dashboards, and real-time analysis that help illustrate practice operations, payer performance, patient no-shows, and A/R reports. Patient Portal The Patient Portal gives patients access to health information, including test results, clinical notes, and private messages from the physician. Additionally, the portal provides tools the patient can use to schedule, change and confirm appointments, request prescription refills, receive health maintenance alerts, pay bills, and update demographic information. Practices can customize the level of information they are willing to share with patients through the portal. |
